Born: Joel A. Paulhill to Andrew Thompson and Frances Paulhill on November 15th, 1963 at Beth Israel Hospital in Passaic, N.J.
A short time later, Jody and his family moved to Waterbury, Connecticut.
In Waterbury Conn., Jody attended Reagan Elementary school. Later, returning to Paterson, N.J. he attended Eastside High School. Jody had many friends in Paterson and left his mark on many people with his great sense of humor and persuasive personality. 
Jody’s hobbies were cooking, fishing, building, and fixing cars. His favorite artists were: Ale Green, R.  Kelly, Muddy waters, and John Lee Hooker. 
Jody Fathered his first Daughter Jassmine Paulhill on September 23rd, 1989 with his loving girlfriend Audrey Royal.
Later, Having Fineasha Paulhill on December 19th, 1993 And Khalil Paulhill on September 9th, 1999 to complete his family. He was a loving father and passed on his knowledge and many talents to his children. 
Jody relocated to Georgia with his family in 1995 to join his immediate family in Douglasville, Georgia. There is where he got his first job in construction and learned great skills with his hands. 
Jody has two grandchildren from his daughter Jassmine Paulhill. Makri Sunny Paulhill born September 30th, 2010 and Zai Pashion Jasmine Paulhill born November 28th, 2008.
Jody is survived by his mother Frances Paulhill and father Andrew Thompson. His sister Valerie Paulhill, and Niece Valenia Clark. His loving host of other brothers and sisters. His children; Jassmine, Fineasha, Khalil Paulhill. His grandchildren Makri and Zai Paulhill.
