Frankie Marshall Staggs (10-29-1949) to (4-20-2020). He transitioned at the Novant Main Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

He was born in Hendersonville, NC, and attended Henderson City School then later attended Isothermal Community College. He was a Land Surveyor & later retired from Delta Airlines with 20 years of service.

He leaves behind his wife of 39 years Avis, daughters Bianca Staggs & Deon Avery, son Tony Williams, sister Doris Shelf and several nieces and nephews.
