Curtis Polk

The son of the late Ernest E. Polk and Flonnie Bell Thomas-Polk was born September
24, 1929, in Anson County, Polkton, North Carolina. He was one of five children blessed in this
union his soul departed this life on Wednesday, October 30, 2019in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He was married to the late Fannie Hinton-Polk of Raleigh, North Carolina. Curtis was preceded in
death by Ernest E. (Father), Flonnie Bell (Mother), Sadie P. (Sister) Jacqueline, Carolyn F, and
Faye C. (Daughters), Ones E. and James E. (Brothers). Rodney Lee Polk and Shaiya Fenise Polk
(Grand Children) and a very dear friend Eli Davis.
