My deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear loved one. To lose someone you love can be very painful. It can bring sadness and anxiety to our hearts. The Bible provides comfort to ease those feelings. 1 Peter 5:7 says: While you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. Also Isaiah 41:10; Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you. I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness. May these and other scriptures (Psalm 34:18, Isaiah 25:8 and Revelation 21:3,4) comfort and encourage you during this time of bereavement.
